Introductory Off Road Training Course
Who is the training intended for?
The course is intended for people with little off road experience, as well as those who have never ridden off the asphalt. Beginners should have at least one year of riding experience and a willingness to learn.
The course introduces the basic principles of off road riding, such as body position, balance, proper use of brakes and clutch, and riding techniques for different types of terrain.
Which motorcycles are used?
The training is conducted on KTM sport enduro motorcycles for several reasons. The first is their resistance to scratches and drops during riding, then their light weight, which is an important factor for beginners, and their sporty character, which engages the rider and encourages more precise control.
What does the training look like?
The training consists of theory and practice and is entirely conducted in a real riding environment. It usually lasts between 2.5 and 3 hours and includes a set of five exercises: acceleration and braking in a seated position, proper cornering, riding with one hand, riding while seated sideways, standing riding, and braking and turning while standing.
The course is designed to eliminate bad habits and to provide a proper introduction to the world of off road riding.
